Scheduled - We will have multiple short breaks in the On-premises FlexNet licensing system on Thursday, July 18th. We recommend avoiding Tekla Structures license activation and deactivation during the service break.

Scheduled - There will be an AWS server update in the Trimble Connect EU region for Status Sharing on Thursday July 18th, 2024, 3:30-5:30 AM UTC.
During this time, we will have some downtime.

After the update there might be some issues with the token/autorization so API users please request a new token and regular users just please log out and log back in.
If there are any other issues please let us know and we will look into them as soon as possible.

Resolved - The AWS server in the Trimble Connect EU region for Status Sharing is running, updates are reverted.

Investigating - After AWS server update in the Trimble Connect EU region for Status Sharing on Tue July 16th we have an unexpected downtime, we will work towards fixing it for 1-2 hours, afterwards we will revert back if it is not fixed.
