SQL Database internal errors affected data queries in Tekla Model Sharing services

Incident Report for Trimble Tekla

Resolved

The issue mainly affected the users list in the Management Console.
We have identified the issue and changed the configuration as a workaround to solve the issue. As we see all services are working normally now.

We are in contact with Microsoft to solve the root cause and to avoid it in the future.
