Availability issue of Tekla Online profile and licensing service (ATC)

Resolved
On December 7, 2021 between 3:00 PM UTC+2 and 3:30 PM UTC+2, Tekla Online Profile service and the Tekla Online Admin tool experienced availability issues. The issues were related to the underlying infrastructure. The issues were resolved by the inbuilt autorecovery functionality.

Some Tekla users who were trying to sign in while the autorecovery was going on were affected by the issue. Users who had already signed in and who were using online licenses were not affected.
