Tekla Model Sharing service suffered long response times

Resolved

2024-10-31 between 13:00 and 14:15 UTC there was an issue in the service database.
That resulted in service answering slowly, in some cases the connections to services could not be established.

We have identified the cause and can avoid this in the future.
